Shipping policy

The Morena Promise: every order ships pan-India through trusted third-party courier partners, with tracking from dispatch to your door. Here's what to expect.

Delivery time

• Ready to Dispatch products (already stitched and in stock): delivered in 3-5 business days.
• Made-to-order products: each piece is hand-stitched after you order, which takes 5-8 business days, plus 5-8 business days for delivery depending on your location — so please allow up to 16 business days in total.
• Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping across India on prepaid (online payment) orders. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders under Rs.3,000, for most locations in India, for a flat fee of Rs.150 per order, added at checkout. Orders of Rs.3,000 or more require online payment. COD also isn't available in a small number of locations — if it doesn't appear as an option at checkout, please choose online payment instead.

Order changes

Since most of our pieces are made to order, we're unable to cancel or modify orders once they're placed. If you have any concerns, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
