Return/Refund

We have a no return, no refund policy for any size, color, fit or suitability related issues.

  • Please confirm your size with the provided size chart before placing an order.
  • If you have any questions regarding the size chart, contact us through Instagram DM @the.morena.label for assistance
  • If you think you received the wrong size, please reach out to us through instagram DM with a picture of a measuring tape on top of the dress showing the difference compared to our size chart.
  • We do not provide any extra margin on our dresses as it impacts the quality of finished product.
  • Refer to all the pictures and videos in our website to understand the color and design of the product.

    Slight color variations might be there due to lighting during photography or different screen resolution of the devices. We try to capture the correct color as much as possible in our pictures.

    Size Exchange

    • Size Exchanges are available for an additional charge of Rs.200. Additional charge covers pickup and delivery. 
    • Exchange needs to be initiated through instagram DM or through WhatsApp Chat(+91-8590929005) within 5 days of product delivery. 
    • Exchange allowed only for another size of the same product.
    • In case the original product is out of stock or requested size is not available, another product of same value can be selected.

    Damages and Issues

    Please take an unboxing video, inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept any damage claims after 5 days of product delivery.

    Cancellations

    Cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed for any reason. 

    Refund Policy 

    There is no refund once payment is done.

    In case a refund needs to be issued for any unavoidable reasons(such as damaged product received, lost package during courier transit), the money will be refunded only to the original payment method used. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of issue confirmation and alignment.
