The Morena Promise: every piece is made specifically for you, so we keep our policy simple and honest rather than promising more than we can deliver. Here's exactly what's covered, and how we make it right.

We'll Make It Right

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item — including the wrong size sent due to a mistake on our part — we'll make it right at no extra cost to you. You can choose a free replacement or a full refund, once we've verified the issue.

  • An unboxing video is required for every damage, defect, or wrong-item claim — please record one continuous, unedited video from before you open the package to after, each time you receive an order.
  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery via Instagram DM @the.morena.label or WhatsApp (+91-8590929005), with your order number, date of purchase, and the unboxing video showing the issue. We're unable to process a claim without one.
  • Once confirmed, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Easy Size Exchange

Because each piece is made specifically for your order, we're able to offer a size exchange on the terms below — we're not able to offer a return, refund, or exchange for color, fit, or a change of mind. Please confirm your size using our size chart before ordering — message us on Instagram @the.morena.label if you'd like help choosing.

  • A size exchange is available for a flat fee of Rs.200, which covers pickup and delivery of the replacement.
  • Start an exchange within 5 days of delivery via Instagram DM or WhatsApp (+91-8590929005).
  • Exchanges are limited to a different size of the same product. We don't add extra margin to our dresses, as it affects the finished quality of the garment.
  • If your size or the original product is unavailable, you're welcome to choose another product of equal value.
  • Please refer to all product photos and videos on our site for an accurate sense of color and design — slight variation can occur due to photography lighting or your screen's display settings.

Cancellations

Because most pieces are made to order, we're unable to cancel an order once it's placed.
